In beautiful, luxury three bedroom, three bath Gateway Grand 602, you will wake up to incredible, panoramic views from your spacious master bedroom with southern views of the ocean and bay from the balcony. Enjoy your spa-like master bath with a shower and detached, jetted soaking tub. Gateway Grand is a direct oceanfront luxury building at 48th street, close to numerous restaurants and shops. Residence #602 offers a full gourmet kitchen featuring new lighting, plus a wine cooler and dining area if you wish to dine in. Owner has some beach chairs available in unit closet for your use. There are four smart televisions in the condo plus hi-speed internet, so bring your sign ins to stream your favorites. Accommodating up to eight guests, bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, 2 XL singles and a double sleep sofa. Guest supplies sheets and towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday all season.
No pets, please. No smoking or vaping in unit or on balcony. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas. $139 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
