Two walk-in closets feature custom built-in cabinetry. The second bedroom features a queen bed with private full bath. The third bedroom features a full-size bed and full bath with access from the hallway as well. Each bathroom is equipped with a wall mounted blow dryer. Cubie power adapters (for charging phones) are available as well: master bedroom has two, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have one, and there are two in the living room on each side of the sofa.
The owners provide the linen package with double sets of bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths for your family of 6, a premium cable package with 155 channels, wifi & 250Mps internet- (super high speed), 2 wireless landline phones, use of storage locker and beach equipment. (The beach equipment includes: Collapsible folding wagon, 4 deluxe reclining beach chairs, 2 high weight capacity beach chairs, and an 8' beach umbrella. Enjoy all the amenities the Gateway Grand has to offer from the year-round heated indoor pool, outdoor pool-open seasonally, state-of-the-art fitness center, private oceanfront sun terrace, kids' club room, elevators, 24/7 security, and a secure, gated indoor garage. This owner also provides a private luggage cart for guests' use during their stay - it must be returned to the condo upon departure or a $200 fee will be incurred.
Guest supplies all paper goods and soaps. There is a washer and dryer in the penthouse for your added convenience.
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days; unit rents Saturday to Saturday. Garage clearance is 7 feet. No pets, please. Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $126 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
