This astonishing penthouse features stunning views from the Atlantic Ocean to the Assawoman Bay while offering complete luxury and amenities that your family of 8 will remember for a lifetime. Fine details and craftmanship flow throughout this grand penthouse. The Living room showcases an impressive 15' vaulted ceiling. The gorgeous, well- equipped, modernized kitchen features many upgrades such as granite counter tops, high-end Viking appliances, Sub-zero refrigerator, a large center island with built-in wine and beverage refrigerator, and a Keurig Coffeemaker for coffee lovers. It just keeps getting better because this amazing penthouse features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The extravagant primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite with Jacuzzi tub and a spacious glass enclosed shower, and double vanity sink. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, and a private bath with shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 features 2 single beds. The living room provides a queen sleep sofa. For your added convenience, there are 4 tvs, cable, and internet access, a washer and dryer, plus guests have use of owner's storage locker, and beach equipment (4 beach chairs, 1-umbrella & 1 sand cart). To top it off, the owner provides sheets and towels for your stay.
Enjoy all the amenities the Gateway Grand has to offer from the year-round heated indoor pool, outdoor pool-open seasonally, state-of-the-art fitness center, private oceanfront sun terrace, kids' club room, elevators, 24/7 security, and a secure, gated indoor garage. Guest supplies all paper goods and soaps. Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days; unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 7 nights off season.
Garage clearance is 7 feet. No pets, please. Non-Smoking Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
